As a Solutions Engineer, serve as an expert on Finite State’s product, market, technology, and customers in order to drive the business forward. Closely collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to plan, prepare, and execute deals, grow accounts, and renew customers. Proactively manage Proof of Value projects and document and manage prospect expectations, also tracking and managing customer account health from acquisition to renewal.
